Getting your Timon card is a straightforward process. Follow the steps below to order the card that best suits your needs.
Step 1. Update Your Timon App
Before you begin, ensure your Timon app is running on the latest version. You can check for updates on the App Store if you're using an iOS device, or the Google Play Store if you're on Android. Keeping your app up to date ensures you have access to the latest features and a smooth ordering experience.
Step 2. Sign In to Your Account
Open the Timon app and sign in with your registered email address and password.
Step 3. Navigate to the Cards Section
Once you're logged in, go to the Cards section and tap on the "Get Card" tab to begin your card order.
Step 4. Choose Your Card Type
Timon offers two card categories to match your payment needs. Select Global if you need a USD card for international payments and travel, or Domestic if you need an NGN card for local transactions within Nigeria. Please note that Domestic cards are currently available in NGN only, other local currencies are on the way.
Step 5. Select Your Preferred Card
If you selected Global, you'll be able to choose between a Physical or Virtual card. Swipe through the available card options and select the one that works best for you.
Step 6. Verify Your Delivery and Payment Details
For physical cards, confirm your preferred delivery method — either a home address delivery or airport pickup. Review your payment details carefully before proceeding.
Step 7. Confirm and Complete Your Order
Tap the "Confirm and Order Card" button, then complete the payment to finalise your order. Once payment is successful, your Timon card will be on its way!
