Before You Delete Your Card
Please review these important considerations:
Withdraw Remaining Balance
Ensure any funds left on your card have been completely withdrawn to your wallet. Once deleted, your card can’t be recovered.
Pending Refunds
If you’re expecting any refunds, wait until they’ve been received before deleting your card. Once deleted, your card cannot accept incoming funds.
Tip: Contact the merchant to hold or reroute any pending refunds.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to Your Cards Tab
Open the Timon app and go to the Cards tab to see all your cards.
2. Select Your Card
Select the card type (virtual or physical) and swipe to the card you want to delete.
3. Click on "Card Details"
Select "Card Details" to reveal more actions.
4. Delete the Card
From the list of options, tap “Delete card.”
5. Confirm Deletion
Tap “Yes, delete this card” to permanently remove the card.
Changed your mind? Tap “Cancel” to exit without deleting.
That’s It!
Once deleted, your card will be removed from your Timon account. Remember, this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
