Activating your Timon physical card is quick and easy!
Follow these simple steps to get your card up and running:
1. Open the Timon App
Launch the Timon app on your mobile device and ensure you're logged in to your account.
2. Navigate to the Card Section
Tap on the Card tab at the bottom of your screen.
3. Select Your Physical Card
From your list of cards, tap on the Physical Card.
4. Tap on "Activate Card"
You’ll see an option to Activate Card. Tap it to begin the activation process.
5. Enter the CID (Card Identifier)
Your physical card has a 10-digit CID printed on it.
Enter only the last 8 digits; skip the first two zeros.
For example: If the CID is 0012345678, enter 12345678.
You're Done!
Your card will be activated instantly after you enter the correct CID.
You can now begin using it for transactions.
