Part 1: How to Activate Your Visa Benefits
Activation takes about 5–10 minutes.
Step 1 — Go to the Visa Benefits Portal

This is the official platform where all benefit activations and claims are handled.
Step 2 — Create Your Account
If you're new to the portal:
Click Sign Up
Enter your email address
Create a secure password
Complete the registration form
If you already have an account, simply log in.
Step 3 — Verify Your Email
You’ll receive a confirmation email.
Open the message
Click the verification link
Return to the portal
Without this step, your dashboard will remain locked.
Step 4 — Accept the Terms & Conditions
Before proceeding, you’ll be asked to review Visa’s benefit terms.
Each protection (Travel, Purchase, Rental, etc.) has its own eligibility rules and timelines. Accepting the terms enables you to continue.
Step 5 — Complete Your Profile
Fill in your:
Full legal name
Address
Country of residence
Any required identification details
This information is used to verify you if you ever submit a claim.
You may upload documents immediately or choose “Update Later.”
However, completing this properly reduces delays later.
Step 6 — Add Your Timon Visa Card
Enter your Timon card details on the portal.
Once your card is verified:

✔️ Your coverage limits appear on your dashboard
✔️ You can submit claims directly through the portal

Part 2: Accessing Airport Lounges with Visa Airport Companion (VAC)
Eligible Timon Platinum, Signature, and Infinite cardholders can access airport lounges, dining offers, and spa discounts worldwide through Visa Airport Companion.
What Is Visa Airport Companion?
Visa Airport Companion (VAC) is a digital membership program that gives you access to:

Dining discounts
Spa and travel offers
Access is fully digital, physical cards are not accepted for entry.
How to Access Lounge Benefits
Step 1 — Download the App
Get the Visa Airport Companion app from:
Apple App Store
Google Play Store
Step 2 — Register Your Card
Sign up using your eligible Timon Visa card details:
Card number
Expiry date
CVV
Step 3 — Verify Your Account
A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
Enter the code to complete setup.
You now have a digital membership.
Step 4 — Enter a Lounge
When you arrive at the airport:
Open the VAC app
Use the “Walk-In” feature
Generate a QR code
Present the QR code at lounge entry
Important:
Physical cards cannot be used for entry.
A smartphone is required.

When you pay for a rental car with your Timon Visa card and decline the rental company’s Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), you may receive coverage for theft or damage for up to 31 days.
To Qualify:
Pay fully with your active Timon Visa card
Decline the rental company’s CDW or similar coverage
Report any claim within 30 days of the incident

Any additional drivers listed on the rental agreement
Rentals up to 31 consecutive days

Extended Warranty
When you purchase eligible items using your Timon Visa card, Visa can extend the manufacturer’s original warranty by up to 12 additional months, at no extra cost.
To Qualify:
Pay fully with your active Timon Visa card
Report claim within 30 days of the incident
Eligibility:
Applies to the cardholder and additional cards on the account
Covers new items purchased by the cardholder
Item must have an original manufacturer’s written warranty
Original warranty must be between 3 months and 3 years
What It Covers:
Extends warranty by up to 1 additional year
Covers repair or replacement up to benefit limits
Coverage Limits:
$5,000 per incident

Price Protection
If you purchase an eligible item and find it advertised for a lower price within 30 days, you may claim the price difference.

Eligibility:
Applies to personal purchases or gifts
Covers new consumer products purchased entirely with the card
Advertisement must be from the same country
Includes seasonal sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.)
Price difference must exceed USD 25
What You Receive:
Reimbursement for the price difference on identical items
(same model number and year)

Purchase Protection
